Lars: What makes the programme special is how naturally the rotations help you understand the organisation. Moving through four departments is not just a change of desks, it is a chance to see how different teams think and make an impact. Along the way, I realised which areas energised me most, giving me a clearer sense of where I want to grow and where my strengths have the biggest impact.
Bea: From day 1 we were included, challenged and supported. From presenting to commercial partners to contributing to a variety of meaningful projects, the Graduates are valued just as much as the more senior positions.
Sophia: It is really the chance to experience different departments, for a long enough time so that you become a full-on member with the same responsibilities as others, yet short enough to keep the learning curve throughout the program extremely steep. TEAM is super good at supporting one and creating a safe space to learn, at the same time really keeping you on your toes to learn more and become better every day.
Alex: Already in my first rotation, I was given a high level of trust and responsibility for some amazing projects. TEAM is an industry-leading company and the opportunities to which we’re exposed, as well as the access to industry experts is unmatched.
Lars: From the very first weeks, I sensed a culture shaped by curiosity and genuine expertise, but also by people who are open and supportive. It was easy to approach anyone, ask questions and learn, because colleagues enjoy sharing what they know. The sporting activities and social events also helped me settle into Lucerne and feel connected quickly.
Antoine: I was struck by how open and approachable everyone is, regardless of seniority. People take the time to explain things, listen to your ideas, and genuinely collaborate. You learn so much from the expertise of those around you.
Sophia: TEAM’s culture is very open, hard-working, but always with a smile on their faces. The literal “TEAM” spirit is absolutely great! What impressed me most was how much your opinion matters – even as a junior, you can speak up to a senior manager and genuinely be heard.
Lars: One of the most memorable parts of the programme was experiencing a full season of UEFA men’s club competition finals. Being on site for the UEL and UECL finals while working closely with an amazing team and committed stakeholders truly highlighted the scale and importance of the work we do. Seeing the work come to life in and around a stadium setting throughout multiple days was incredibly motivating.
Antoine: Highlights include collaborating on activations with broadcasters from around the world, visiting UEFA HQ, and meeting broadcasters and presenting at the Stockholm workshop. These are truly unique opportunities, and you meet fantastic people along the way.
Sophia: Two that really stood out were my first UEFA Europa League Final in Bilbao, and organizing and supporting the execution of a Digital Summit for all members of the UMCC partner family at the UEFA HQ in Nyon – not just the events itself, but being onsite with a team of driven people who brought this to life together – this is really memorable.
