Nissan extends UEFA Champions League sponsorship through to 2021

TEAM Marketing is proud to announce that Nissan, UEFA’s incumbent partner in the automotive category, has extended its agreement with the UEFA Champions League for the 2018-21 seasons. The agreement also includes the UEFA Super Cup 2018, 2019 and 2020.

The partnership will continue to play an important role in helping Nissan to establish itself as one of the most desirable global brands.

Nissan will continue to introduce new ways to enrich the UEFA Champions League experience including becoming the new presenting partner of the UEFA Champions League European Trophy Tour.

TEAM Marketing CEO Jamie Graham commented: “We are delighted to have negotiated a three-year renewal of Nissan’s UEFA Champions League sponsorship. Nissan is one of the most exciting and innovative global brands and, since becoming a sponsor of the world’s leading club competition in 2014, has been cutting-edge in its sponsorship activation. TEAM looks forward to continuing our close working relationship with Nissan over the next cycle as we help them to optimise their association with the UEFA Champions League in general terms but also specifically with bringing the prized asset of the Trophy closer to European football fans”.

Nissan joins Heineken as the second Official Partner for the competition’s 2018-21 cycle.
